The program blends in-studio segments with on-location field pieces shot around Los Angeles and features surprise appearances by both well-known names and everyday people.

Mulaney not only hosts but also created the series and serves as a co-showrunner and executive producer on the multi-camera production.

Ashley Edens shares co-showrunning and executive producing duties, and Dave Ferguson is credited as head writer.
